July 2022 Book Wrap Up

This month has been a weird one for me. We had an insane heatwave, I complained about it in a previous post, and we also had family over visiting from Spain, which increased my social anxiety and made me stress a lot about little things. Those two combined meant I didn’t read much this month. I couldn’t focus on words. I would read one page and then forget what I had just read.

Being a new year, I wanted to focus on my mental health, so this month I chose three non-fiction books about social anxiety, introversion and how social media affects us. April 2021 Book Wrap Up

April went by so fast! It’s so weird that it’s May already. I feel like my brain is still in March. I read eight books this month, which seems to be my monthly average. I also tried listening to an audiobook for the first time, but I didn’t like it. I found myself daydreaming while I was supposed to be listening to the book.
